• Order details: airport, service, direction, passenger count, price, service date and time, status and order identifier.
• The email requested in the booking form for order communications, information and QR-code delivery.
• An optional phone number or messenger username if supplied with consent to storage for order communications; it is not used for QR-code delivery.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service: request, device and network interaction data to the extent processed by the website infrastructure.

Data is processed to book, fulfil and support orders, send booking confirmations and issued QR codes to the specified email, contact passengers through their optional additional contact, prevent technical errors and meet legal requirements. The basis is performance of the agreement entered into by accepting the public offer; storage and use of the additional contact for order communications is based on user consent.

Data is kept no longer than needed to provide the service, fulfil legal obligations and resolve order enquiries. Technical contractors supporting website infrastructure, booking, email notifications and payment processing may process data only to the extent necessary for those purposes. The email contractor receives the recipient address, booking confirmation contents and the QR codes issued for the order. Additional contact details are not passed to Fast Track messengers for automatic QR-code delivery.

Card details are neither transferred to nor stored by Fast Track: they are entered and processed on Tochka Bank's secure payment page.

The controller applies organisational and technical safeguards against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Users may request information about processing, correction of their data or exercise of their rights by email:
